Retention of Your Personal Data

Borealys will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We generally implement a 12 month retention period or 7 years where a financial transaction takes place.

Since Our activities are ongoing, the data You provided to Us to be kept informed of Borealys’s activities and/or receive promotions or special invitations will not be deleted unless You asked Us to.

We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Borealys will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
